Return & Exchange Policy
At Samika 925 we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Conditions for Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted for damaged, defective, incorrect, or size-related issues after review by our support team. For hygiene and quality reasons, used or altered jewellery cannot be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
